The TR-1480 CNC milling machine is a high-precision computer numerical control (CNC) machine designed for processing wood, plastics, composite materials, and soft metals. It is suitable for furniture manufacturing, advertising structures, decorative elements, and other applications that require accurate milling and engraving.
The machine features a working area of 1400 × 800 × 180 mm, making it convenient for processing medium and large workpieces. Its construction is based on a rigid frame with HIWIN linear guide rails and a rack-and-pinion drive system on the X and Y axes, ensuring stable operation and high machining accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a 2.2 kW HQD water-cooled spindle, providing reliable performance during long working cycles. 450B stepper motors combined with Leadshine drivers ensure smooth and precise movement across all axes.
The maximum travel speed reaches 50,000 mm/min, while the working speed is up to 25,000 mm/min, allowing efficient engraving as well as high-speed milling. The positioning accuracy is ±0.05 mm, ensuring high quality of finished products.
