Warranty

Holzmann equipment is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which includes manufacturing and material defects for a specified period. Typically:

2-year warranty for private/home use,

During the warranty period, defects caused by manufacturing or material faults are repaired or the equipment is replaced in line with the manufacturer’s conditions.

Warranty Claim Procedure

To apply for warranty service:

keep the original purchase document / invoice,

contact the seller or an authorized service center, who will submit the claim to the manufacturer.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
